Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a well-known Indian actress best known for her roles in Hum Aapke Hain Koun. The actress began her career as a performer during the 80s. She became famous for Tezaab, a film starring the veteran actor Anil Kooor. In her next film Dil, Aamir Khan appeared as well. Early on, as a child growing up in Mumbai's middle-class, she learned to dance. She ventured into acting as a youngster and struggled through a couple of years since most of her initial films failed. However, she eventually achieved success and became one of the most prominent actresses in the Indian film business. The marriage of her mother led to a hiatus from her acting career. She returned later. Recently, she played an important performance in Gulaab Gang. The film was about struggles faced by women in India. Dixit was nominated for 15 Filmfare Awards, out of which she was awarded eight. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize in India, was bestowed upon her. Her fame is based on her charitable work as well.
